Diamon is a mobile application that works with a smart insole to help people living with diabetes monitor foot temperature and pressure, and share those readings with their doctor. Because the app handles health information, this policy sets out exactly what we collect, why, who can see it, and how you can have it removed.
In short: we collect the details you enter at sign-up and the readings from your insole. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone other than the doctor assigned to your care and the service providers that run the app. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

When your insole is paired and transmitting, we record foot temperature and pressure readings, step counts, and device battery level, each with a timestamp. From these we generate alerts and periodic insights about changes in your readings. This is health information and we treat it as the most sensitive data in the app.
Diamon contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services. We do not collect your location, your contacts, your calendar, your messages, your browsing activity, or any device advertising identifier.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.
If you are a patient, the doctor assigned to your insole can see your name, contact details and your readings. Before a patient is assigned, doctors can see the details of patients waiting to be matched with a clinician. A doctor cannot see patients assigned to another doctor.
A small number of administrators can view accounts in order to review doctor applications and support users.
We use these companies to run Diamon. They process data on our instructions only, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Nigeria. We otherwise disclose information only where the law requires it.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these measures seriously and keep them under review.
We keep your information for as long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your data, your account is immediately withdrawn from the system — you are signed out and removed from any list a doctor could see.
Your records are then permanently erased 30 days after the request. This window exists so an accidental deletion can be reversed by contacting us. After it passes, your profile, your readings, your alerts and your sign-in credentials are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered.

Diamon is intended for adults aged 18 and over, used alongside a prescribed device. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Diamon helps you monitor and share readings. It does not diagnose any condition and is not a replacement for professional medical advice. Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms or treatment.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
